  • My dad tells me of during the Depression when his mom would leave food on the back step for the hobos. This was an act of kindness in hard times. What this woman is doing is no different. These are indeed hard times we are living in, and we should be commending people who do this, not penalizing them.

    maybe they can make themselves feel happy and just charge you a simple permit fee,and leave you alone,.

Telling this woman that it is against the law to help, is taking our potential and taking it two steps backward. Fucking pathetic and disturbing. I hope this woman wins whatever counter-productive legal action is taken against her.

      I took from the video that she was offering food to those who were on restricted budgets, her references to mothers with kids etc, implied, well for me anyway, that she was not putting out food in bowl to attract a variety of miscreants and recalcitrant crackheads.Believe it or not there are areas all over this worl where people do work and live an honest life but still struggle to make ends meet. the lady was only showing a bit of human conpassion and got in trouble for More..
