Amazing , Confident Pilot Lands Boeing 727 with No Front Wheel, No Injuries

This guy is a retired IIAF F14 Pilot and now he works for Iran Air .
Boeing 727 was full of passengers ( 149 ) and everyone walked away with no injuries. Hydraulic failure was apparently the reason that the front wheel did not work.
His name is Houshang Shahbazi.( Photo attached )
