A recent Gallup poll surveying the American public's perceptions of 20 nations which are featured regularly in news of US foreign policy ranked Iran "least liked" and named Canada the favorite.
According to Gallup's World Affairs Survey, Canada was named favorite by 90% of those polled, followed by the UK (87%), Germany (80%), Japan (77%), Israel (67%), India (66%), France (63%), Egypt (58%), Mexico (49%) and Russia (47%).
The poll further indicated that the "axis of evil" nations garnered very little sympathy, with North Korea getting 14% of the votes and Iran getting 10% and the "least favorite" title.
