we need to employ more air burst munitions and have them detonate just above the ridge line. this is where they love to shoot from. my guess is that air burst costs much more. is that the case?. anyhow that was an excellent video. he needs to zoom in at the beginning though.

@rmacl depends on the round used. but most fuses have an air burst setting along with delay and contact.
All you do is turn a dial for the desired setting.

@AfganMountaneer No, they are dead. Confirmed kills are hard when their bodies explode all over the mountain, thats why its easier when you get in close with a knife and slowly slit the afghan throat as they plead for allahs mercy. I miss that country sometimes.

@markymark69 Definitely 155, from a howitzer. Mortar rounds tend to not cause so much smoke when they blow.

@markymark69 82nd uses 60mm and 81mm. not 105. That is a 155mm gun.
