What an absolute shit weapon! It has no sighting system and a stupendously inadequate mounting so that it changes azimuth by 5 or 10 degrees each time it's fired and range by 1000 or so metres.
Such a weapon has only one purpose which is to randomly attack civilians living in large urban areas. It has zero military value.
Note the obligatary religious Kommissar in the background commanding Takbir for their Gulf-State paymasters.

Artillery has plenty of military value if used by professionals - unlike the terrorist scum.
