It's a fake,Look at the weight,It's barely nothing,And as you say why would you film yourself,And it does not even look like it hit him,Also he did not get KO'ed by this because he did not go limp,I've seen gym accidents this does not look like one.

What's odd is the fact he's flexing his left wrist near the bottom of the motion and basically favoring his right side. Maybe it did slip, but it didn't look like it hit him.
