it does hurt. those guys can kick so damn hard the pain is very hard to ignore -- you can't pretend you didn't feel it. i never played pro but even among the people i played against, when i was 11, there was always one or two players you didn't want to receive a full blasted kick from under any circumstances. jumping up like that and turning your back in the air i always did -- no way in hell any player wants to take a soccer blast in the crotch or face (the first few times is a quick teacher)

reminds me of a game me and my friends use to play in mexico when we were teenagers, we used to call it "recetones" that's like "big prescriptions" (or something like that) it is played in an empty room with a basket ball with no air in it, everybody against everybody, we always aimed to the face,balls and back , lol!!!!
