The Occupation

Newlyweds sit in a coffee shop and talk of happy things,
and a mother strolls her infant child down the busy streets.

A couple sits in a park to watch their children play,
through sunny skies and joyful eyes,oh what a gorgeous day.

Then from the skies a fiery flight,
as Satan laughed in delight.

Through all the horror,fear and pain,
another tower,another plane.

America caught by complete surprise,
as our people watched through tear stained eyes.

Then screams of terror on the ground,
as the first tower comes crashing down.

The citizens scatter down below,
to escape the pyroclastic flow.

With our people's security at an all-time low,
freedom has taken a fatal blow.

Then the second tower surrenders to itself,
and with it more lives are lost.
Oh America how we mourn,
our freedom,the lives,the cost.

The United States brought to our knees,
rises up with M16's.

War!,screamed a bleeding nation,
we will not stand for this.
America cried in bitter pain,
then let down her iron fist.

The U.S. fleet then set sail, and cut through the Atlantic seas,
our planes took to the skies like a swarm of angry bees.

Then Britain mourned our loss of life and done what they thought was right.
They landed soldiers on the ground and bravely joined the fight.

The world watched in horror at an angry crippled nation,
and America stood our ground,so began...
