NOVALTO, MEXICO: Nobody knows who is the victim(s) of chainsawed body parts left scattered all over a neighborhood. The Beltran Drug Cartel is the local cartel in charge of this region. An empty oil jug was left behind which showed signs that the victim was completely drained of his blood but nobody knows what happened to the blood.
