Sometimes I think Russia needs to go back to horse and carts. I know they have more dash cams then most (I have even bought 2 for our cars) but to see these daily uploads......, they are killing themselves and others far more than what we see everywhere else. I wish my fellow earth citizens can help themselves before it's too late.

@ReoX Watch the very start of the vid again, there was a van/bus in the right lane, however it is not seen after the start, because it no doubt stopped, the red car passed it on the curb, ignoring the fact that the van/bus might be stopping for a good reason. BOOM, hits mother and child.

@rpurdey that's a fine guess too, but there's a reason the only legal move is to use the brakes in russia, not swerve. Then again it's possible the camera car was going for insurance fraud in which case both of them fucked up.
