  • Let's be honest though, they are just looking for scraps of meat for the pot later.

    I like Indians, friendly people. China has strange corrupt laws, people can just blame someone and then bribe the police and then the helper loses their house.

    Chinese are friendly in some situations, it's a fun place to live sometimes.

    • @superak83 Indian's are just as corrupt, but if someone helps it's less chance for them to get sued by the victim they are helping. This is common fact, which bubble are you living in?

  • Generaly in some places people wont help because...

    1 They can actualy get in alot of trouble if they do... amazingly odd but true in some places you can go to jail for it.

    2 They cant afford to get hurt or even lose time by helping someone.

    3 In many places people outside your own clan/family are barely human at all and you WILL get into a hell of alot of trouble if you help outsiders.

    4 nightmare drivers... you see alot of people die when they get out try to help and get run over b More..
