Correction: Nebraska is the only state that authorizes the electric chair as it's SOLE method of execution. However, I have a question: when was the last time the electric chair was used instead of lethal injection?
I believe the last time Nebraska fried some inmate was in the mid 90's. Oh yeah by the way I work at the Penitentiary and yes that was our only method of execution and was scheduled to execute an inmate sometime late last year, but of course librals got involved and cried unhuman More..

LOL!! No it isn't. It lasts about that long but the person is strapped down better and their is only a little twitching. Perhaps we should use the guillotine?
I personally think a room that has the air slowly vacuumed out is a great way to execute prisoners. They get drowsy and fall asleep. Then die from lack of oxygen.
Certain forms of execution seem to be more about anger and revenge than punishment.
