Tijuana,mex--after following and investigation on an attack on tijuana's police officers, mexican federal police officers arrested 21 men who were working for the local drug cartel, arellano felix organization. the investigation started when yesterday, four armed men attacked and wounded two federal officers in the city of Tecate, baja california, leading to a pursuit in which three out of the four men were arrested, and after being "thoroughly interrogated" (they got their asses kicked real hard), they gave away their fellow hitmen's location, the arrested men had being working since the fall of 2008 for Teodoro Garcia Simental aka "el teo" or "3 letras" , who is an enforcer for the arellano felix organization, and responsible for the killing of police officers and rival gang members, and kidnapping of businessmen in the state of baja california. at the moment of their arrest, some of the men were in posession of assault rifles and AFI (agencia federal de investigaciones) uniforms.
