Nato's rebels practise democracy and freedom, abusing and whipping an elderly defenceless man. They became known in Libya as Nato rebels, and even worse as Nato rats, because they fought and only rose to power through Nato.
By contrast, double standards apply to Nato's Libyan rats. Abdulhakim Belhaj was an Al-Qaeda operative who has a close relationship with the Taliban. He was tricked into travelling abroad and then kidnapped by UK/US authorities. This resulted in his rendition and long period of torture under the CIA. He now seeks to prosecute the authorities responsible for his torture, and has uncovered damning evidence of letters between Muammar Gaddafi and those authorities. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abdelhakim_Belhadj He is now a senior rebel commander in Tripoli, and uses his high position to push his case, while others like the old man in the video are tortured or abused.
It seems hypocritical to cry out you are being abused and tortured, and yet you are an abuser and torturer yourself. This is the irony of the rats that Nato has brought to power in Libya. During the days of Muammar Gaddafi, the UN rated Libya as the most developed and progressive African nation in many aspects. Is Libya better off now?
