Jail term for Bin Laden's family
Part of channel(s): Death of Osama bin Laden (promoted)Osama Bin Laden's three widows and two eldest daughters have been charged and sentenced for living in Pakistan illegally, their lawyer has confirmed.
They have received a jail term of 45 days in prison and been fined 10,000 rupees ($114; £71) each.
The women have already served a month of their sentence and are expected to be deported in two weeks.
They have been in Pakistani custody ever since US special forces killed the al-Qaeda chief last May.

before the US decided to make it an issue, OBL and Al Quaida were a meaningless mostly unknown group, not much recognized by anyone else in the western hemisphere. Its just politics again, like it was when reagan was at the helm with his nicaraguyan hitmen.
