This is what my battalion did in 'stan. We found a lot of IEDs in the hard way too. We went through Sparks IIs like DFAC ice cream... We actually did a sling load on a few of tehm to get them where they needed to be quickly. That was a cluster.
We cleared RC South and some of part of RC East. Hope you didn't have many ramp ceremonies...

Ever notice the Afghan Army soldiers seem to die the most to IEDs and other causes due to lack of training?
If anyone recalls the video of the Afghan soldier running onto an IED and surviving, but basically looking like he melted.. arms torn to bits, face melted.. legs burnt to puddy.. fuck.

@spartan112 Thought they were high on poppy seeds... heroin, black tar... It is the main use of the crop, and they just exporting it to the mexican cartels , and the mexicans bringing it to the US to finance more explosions and guns.

i watched a 250 pound IED lift up a 6-by mrap and throw it up on a 10 foot wall. didnt look like any fun.
