shock and awe was a well planned out and researched collection of military related targets......this appears to be the receiving end of one of those massive Katyusha rocket barrages............see below

This was fucked up. Georgia started this shit by bombing civilian areas and Russia responded with excessive aggression. Both sides were at fault. Pointless war.

Or Putin ... When did the Security Council tell him to go in and do something about someone else's country?

Then do something about it, make a change, your vote is the most powerful weapon. Put people in office who wont allow this to happen.

Ron Paul is the only one who would stop this....
but corrupt america didn't give him a chance, everything RonPaul said is coming true....
the vote is powerful.... thank God/Alla that McStain didn't win, we'd be bombing Iran and McStain was going crazy with the Georgian/Russian issue and would have started WWIII..... and that would
be WRONG isn't that RIGHT...RIGHTISRIGHT....

Was this the Georgian bombings, or the Russian bombing?
Russia has btw nothing to do in Georgia, and South Ossetia is in Georgia. What if China went in to Russia, how would they like that?
Just wait, it won't be long before neighbors of Russia feel the aggression, like Ukraine, Kazakhstan, the Balkan states, Norway...

South Ossetia is full of Russian citizens and has been semi-autonomous for many years. Georgia started the conflict by bombarding Ossetian residential areas (as you can see in this vid) and Russia responded by launching a full scale invasion of Georgia. Make your own mind up about who were the bad guys, but I think both sides were in the wrong.

Yeah, but just because Putin gives away passports to the people, doesn't mean he is doing the right thing by ordering the army to bomb Georgia. The few Russians can move to Russia if they want to.

Even if there were only a ''few'', why would they have to leave their homes. There are many more south ossetians (or russians) than there are georgians in S. osettia, so guess who would have to leave. (not that i support that, it's just that u have a stupid argument)
