Maybe if thy wrote something that the common person could read. But this, it's just a bunch of lines and blended colour. They are ready to risk getting cought, they pay for the paint, and take time from their own to do this, that means nothing to nobody. I bet if they were hired to paint, they would walk in with t heir head down, dragging their feat, complaining about another day on the job!

Ask any Law Enforcement Officer that works in the Graffiti Crimes Dept., they will tell you they can read any graffiti there is. So can I, but I like graffiti.
Maybe you are just not really looking. Maybe you blur your vision when you look at it. I hope you don't drive like you look at graffiti. How could you have such low environment-observation skills and no situational awareness? If you can't read it your retarded I reckon, I could read almost every one.

LA isnt that bad for graffit. except for the heavily hispanic parts where i never go anyway, so i dont care about those cities. In decent neighborhoods in LA they have aggresive anti graffiti cleanup programs, and tough laws that are enforced. The last time i was in NYC there was graffiti like this everywhere, and it just looked like some 3rd world Shithole where nobody cares. Who wants to live in a city like that?
