Dr. Manny Alvarez fired back at Harry Reid:

“I think the senator owes an apology to a lot of Hispanics in this country. I don’t like to talk about politics because I am a physician but yesterday I had to go there. Particularly with this he’s boxing me in… I left Fidel Castro many years ago. My Venezuelan friends left Chavez. And I feel like I’m getting back. The sounds are the same.”
