A 23-year-old woman with a SUV ran over three children. The youngest (4) died on the spot. Two others, a boy and a girl, are still in serious conditions.

I find this to be just as, if not more, disturbing than most of the gory scenes on this sight. I don't think I could forgive myself if I ran over a bunch of kids like this, even if it wasn't my fault.

Oh my god, as a father of four children myself this is so awful. I see idiots driving far too fast in areas where there are people. There is no excuse for killing children with cars. If people think ahead instead of driving with their heads in the clouds this sort of thing would never happen.RIP children.

Yes, but people crossing the street have responsibilities too. You cannot blame a driver if someone just steps out on the road in front of you.
Either way, my heart goes out to those parents and that little guy. That was one of the hardest videos for me to watch in a long time.
