goddamn, they should do this in american prisons...
...the closest thing to this in america is the required exercise routines every morning at Miami's South Florida Reception Center for inmates just entering the Florida State Prison System... a scary place indeed!! ..but at least they make EVERYBODY get up off their asses and go OUTSIDE for REQUIRED PARTICIPATION in a mass exercise routine led by the equivalent of female military drill instructors LOL and they're actually HOT!! ;-)
