With all the hate, carnage and sadness that I encounter on LL it sometimes upsets me greatly it can even depress me.






When this happens I find that it helps if I darken my room close my eyes breath deeply and listen to this wonderful music it really does sooth my inner spirit.






I want to share this with you all in fact I urge all of my LL brothers and sisters to try this and feel, share, become the love.
