  • First, I doubt that's a 9.0 quake.

The last and only 9.0 quakes were as follows...:

    ** Japan 9.0 in 2011

** Off western coast of Sumatra, Indonesia in 2004 (Doesn't look like Indonesia)

    **Kamchatka in 1952 (that's not from 1952)

That's what a couple glasses of Wine and Xanax will do.

A Mom of the year would have gotten the baby under the table where something wouldn't easily fall on him. Not just sit there like a zombie.

Sorry, but video is wrong on both accounts.

you sound like such a fucking dick. imagine you are from a place that never expirences earth quakes, now imagine you are there with a child of your own. Just shut up please because this women is all kinds of brave. you hear the crying in the background and she remains strong throughout the entire video for her child. people who dont experience earthquakes dont know how to act, i am from new york and i know entirely that if i quake struck id freeze. she did an amazing job and for you More..

Ive grown up in CA my whole life. I was in Northern Cal during the 89, and in LA during the Northridge quake. Not 9.0, but enough to knock you into reality. Then there are the zillions of 4-5 quakes that happen like the chiming of a clock.

I've have had, and have many friends from other parts of the country that have never experienced a real "quake" until they came here. Granted just the average 4-5 pointer. But the experience is just the same as the first I remember as a More..

  • The only Japan quake I know that lasted that long was the 9.0 Tohoku quake in March of last year.

Depending where you were of course, its force was quite amazing and the duration was also very unusual.

That's one nervy mom, all right.

The poster should have been specific about the date.

It's not an earthquake. She's calming the baby because there's a noob waving his camera about infront of them.

      Not a single plate moved.
A mag 9 would bring the whole building down.

      Whole video is BS.

That was my first thought. The decorations hanging from the ceiling aren't moving, this is fake.
