This is where I fish off the coast of Placida Florida; this
is what I found 7 miles out in the Gulf of Mexico. They call it Red Tide, I
call it pollution. This is the product of what people do to our oceans with no
respect to the fish which we all eat. This is why the FDA recommends only
eating 12 ounces a week (http://www.fda.gov/food/foodsafety/product-specificinformation/seafood/foodbornepathogenscontaminants/methylmercury/ucm115662.htm
) it is from run off during the rainy season, it comes from the streets, septic
tanks filled w/ pharmaceuticals, and fecal matter (shit). The greedy developers
could care less what the water quality is as long as they pack people in next
to the coast like sardines so they can watch their fucking sunsets sipping on margaritas
and taking their heart pills. Don’t forget to enjoy your fresh fish platter From
the Gulf of Mexico…
