briefly, some youngsters in a Brazilian apartment block had a disagreement about noise with a neighbour and had been exchanging insults with them, for some reason they thought it would be a good idea to film any response to their bating of the police who apparently had been round a couple of times to talk with them, after the neighbour told the police the boys had threatened her they have returned yet again to give the bad-boys a slightly firmer talking to....
