It wasn't attention grabbing, I changed it because there was a reason as to why a driver is driving on the sidewalk. Sorry, I didn't know the video was going to be featured or had a back story to it. The original title was 'Russians ain't got shit on Brits when it comes to overtaking'. Now in retrospect I should've looked at the story behind the vid instead of assuming it's just another crazy motorist.
