Ritt Goldstein's VHS tape, "Under Siege" is about a Connecticut USA legislative hearing on the Civilian Oversight of Police, December 1996.
This is a snapshot of how bad things were back in 1996. Police throwing beer bottles on a mayor's porch, abducting citizens wearing ski masks to beat and intergate them at abandoned waterfront factories. Police officers even rape women and get away with it.
It is even worse in America. Police have no accountability. They can do anything include domestic spying.
Citizens are held in prisons as political prisoners. It is easy for police to commit perjury and to help fix corrupt courts to get rid of mouthy citizens.
The Connecticut State Police are like a Los Angeles street gang, a form of Mafia.
Ritt Goldstein fled the US seeking political asylum int Sweden shortly after making this video.
