I saw that too. They hit the ground and went poof and let out some smoke. Was this set up? I can't get a good still frame from the video to see if it actually hit his head.

Download the clip, watch it in VLC player and use the -/ keys on the keypad to slow the speed right down to 0.3, then you'll see that there are like 3 or 4 parcels being dropped out the window.
Just make sure you don't leave it in slow motion when the young Ron Jeremy runs out in those 'my god these are so tight it's like I'm wearing nothing at all' jeans.
