Detroit Paramedics Trapped In Broken Ambulance Surrounded By Gunfire
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) - Two paramedics sit in their broken down ambulance as shots ring out all around them. The video they recorded while waiting to be rescued is raising questions about the City of Detroit's promise to fix problems with its emergency service.
The video was taken by paramedic Wisam Zeineh and you can hear the sounds of almost constant gunfire as he and his partner sit in their broken down rig.
Charlie LeDuff raises the question: Where's the money to fix the broken down ambulances?
