    • @Mc Sqweebs not in NH. RI is even dumber you dont have to wear the helmet on your head. it just has to be on you. i see them riding with hemets on their wrists..

    • @Matchill I did not know that thanks =). But it still kind of defeats the purpose. And funny you say wrists, When i was 10 i just took my helmet of 1 or 2 houses down from my friends driveway. Put it on my wrist and low and behold there was a cop 1 house past my friends. he gave me a ticket for no helmet. Even though he seen me take it of shitty but true.
