The parents of this nineteen year old have not only completely enabled his life style but allowed his pattern of behavior go on unchecked since he was a child. They make all kinds of excuses for him and give into anything he wants even though they are well aware that what he wants is killing him. In my opinion this is definitely a form of child abuse and endangerment.
