Unedited audio and video footage of an out of control landlord (Johnny & Brandy Butler) and Corinth
Mississippi Police officer (Lane Fowler, Badge # 33) who showed no interest in protecting my 4th amendment constitutional rights.
This appears to be a very real case of Corinth Mississippi Police officer misconduct under 'color of law', as well as constitutional rights violations by all trespassing parties, not to mention landlord tenant and child welfare law violations.
The audio and video footage is here in its entirety, simply spliced together, with no cutaways for 'written narration' like the previous video on our youtube channel.
On this date, my oldest daughter (a minor) called PANICKED at a police car and other vehicles in our driveway (while my wife and I were at work) and told me the Butlers and the cop were removing the washer and dryer from our outside laundry area under our carport, and were walking around the property and wanting to come inside.
We had told the landlords (Johnny and Brandy Butler) the previous day, that adults would not be present this date, and that they could not come into our property with our minor daughters home alone.
No emergency existed for any entrance into our home.
We have a FULLY PREPAID lease, good through June 30th, 2012, which included a washer, dryer and refrigerator (verified in writing by the landlord AFTER this incident occurred).
When I pulled up, Officer Lane Fowler, Corinth Mississippi Police Officer badge # 33 was
standing less than 2 feet from my daughters window, on the far corner
of my property, 'escorting' the landlords, the Butlers, in their law breaking activity.
I began audio and video recording when I stepped from my car, and this
footage is the incident, in its entirety, of those fateful 6 to 8
minutes on April 21st, 2012.
I repeatedly ask the officer to stop this lawbreaking activity, but he tells me to speak to him in a more civil manner, and ignores all requests for stopping this landlord.
The landlords have also agreed, again in writing, that we were model FULLY PRE PAID tenants, and had ZERO issues with them for any reason during our previous 9 months.
A federal lawsuit has been filed against all parties involved

@para001 In the US, that's a good way to get your dogs shot by police. US cops LOVE shooting folks' dogs.

@hellgremlin "US cops LOVE shooting folks' dogs."
I have met very few good cops in my life. The one's that follows the law and don't hide behind a badge thinking they are hot shit, I have NOTHING but respect for. The others, like you guys, that make dumb ass comments like that, I would have no problem killing you if you shot my dogs. Just because you have a badge doesn't mean you're a better shot than I am or someone else. Remember that. It could save your life one day. Follow t More..

As much as I hate lawyers, this is a good time to get one. I would suggest not getting one from your small town as they tend to role in the hay with local authority, if you get my drift.

We call that a civil standby out where I live.
The landlord was an ass, as well as the tenant and the cop didn't help much either.
No one was arrested and no one was hurt.

@canigetalawyer
You can believe whatever you like, but just because the cop was there didn't make it a criminal matter. It looks like a civil standby to me.
Cheers

Although the lease states the landlord can enter at a reasonable time frame, they MUST give notice to do so. Also, they had NO right entering without this time frame set by the tenant and entering the home with out an adult present. they broke the law. plain and simple. sue the shit out of these folks, once you move out of course.
