Well for starters the red car looked like it was jumping when it braked and most importantly the SUV wasn't paying attention and too fast. Checking for indicator but too poor quality of video.

@QTIP The first couple minutes may be critical. Maybe something is preventing someone from getting enough oxygen for instance and they're too badly injured to help themselves. Or maybe they're unconscious and a hot piece of metal is burning their leg. Wouldn't you want someone to help you if you were in that situation?
