Today I will like to show you how to make Pig's Ear Salad. This recipe was part of my Lentil soup recipe, which I used pig's ear and pig's feet in. The pig's ear was cooked in the soup, then used in this recipe.

Parsley
Mint
Salt and Black Pepper
