Cool vid!
This is actually at Spa-Francorchamps, Spa, Belgium. This is no recent race. I don't know of any driver who has a black helmet with a yellow stripe. The steering wheel looks outdated as well. Maybe 80's or 90's or something like that (if it's F1 at all).
