but where: Because they still have to act like guerillas (run when the army comes with their tanks/helicopters in force) altough it is an "official" civil war, there are no POW-Camps on FSA side and no "handover"-places.
I have read, that there is something like a POW-Camp in turkey... but the chance is high, that they kill the prisoners. Sad but true
