Any Ideas on what is making this crazy noise coming from inside this juniper tree??
me and my friend stumbled across this while hiking around early this morning. i am at a loss for words i would guess its a bird? although you cant see anything in there moving besides like a beak shaped object but it seems like its floating... i don't know really tho pretty crazy sound to hear coming from a hole in a tree

@stickymycelium Judging by the "consistency" my guess would be wind entering the top of the tree.? Sometimes the wind is not noticeable on ground level. And i dont know if a couple of small animals, are capable of making a so consistent whistle, but just a guess.
FYI : i once entered a WW2 bunker, which had the "same phenomenon". Just in front of and a little in the intrance, (due to wind entering air vents) it would sound like an old plane flew over. Lol first time i entered More..

@MajorMalfunction the thing is while we were listening to it it completely stopped then once i came back and yelled at it it started again.. and it wasn't really windy. this was at like 3 or 4 am too.
