man milwaukee is about as bad as chicago.
i lived 2 blocks west of that gas station..its a shell.
gangs RUN those neighborhoods.
crack is KING around there.
the police keep saying that theyre going to "up the amount of patrolls"
but as with anything, in the ghetto, since there isnt a "voting majority", or money to be protected, they could care less.
as a matter of fact, the police here are about as corrupt as the police in chicago as well.
