  • The problem with China is not that it has a death penalty; death is the proper sentence for anyone who commits a murder. In China, however, a person can be executed for embezzlement, drug trafficking, or for official corruption. No proportionality.

    Fuck stonings and beheadings, the Chinese used Slow slicing as their preferred method of public execution until recently.
