The sideways perspective is fitting.

No, I don't think I am, you wage war on us, you wage war on each other, you wage war.

According to the UN, only one party really has to adhere to the ceasefire while the other can plant all the IEDs and launch ambushes as much as they want...while that particular side always claims that any rebel who is killed is a "civilian".

@sakb I don't support the Assad regime one iota, but the whole notion of a cease fire is absurd. The irregular forces opposed to Assad don't even have a command structure that might be able to implement a cease fire agreement if they were so inclined.

The syrian army have doubled since the beginning of the islamists invasion , a lot of civilian join the army to kill the salafists (if i was a syrian , i will join the army for sure) , the russian and iranian gave to syria a lot of heavy weapons that could bite every army in the world...

The Syrian Arab Army has Russian Kornet missiles that severely bit 55 Israeli tanks in 2006.
Attacking Syria will be a totally different story to Iraq and Libya.

@DEADBEEF Maybe not 55. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kornet#Combat_history
But this does reinforce the Syrian link to designated terrorist groups include Hezbollah and Hamas.
Also, it looks like Libya had Kornets also. Syria would not present any obstacle to NATO air power, but such an attack is not going to happen.

It looks like the link you gave was written by the Israeli Government.
And who says Israel doesn't have an active Internet propaganda operation! :-)
I can't find the link but 55 Israeli tanks were damaged and several were destroyed.
I guess the next move will be top-penetrator missiles.

@DEADBEEF funny u mentioned that..as i remember, the Israeli jets destroyed the nuclear plant site in minutes.. we did nit see a single Syrian bullet fired in return.i truely see the syrian army being dismantled within hours, specially with their "brand new state of the art T tanks"
