What the fuck was the dark coloured car doing? The one closest to the crashing car. It really did not want to stay in the area after the murder!
Also if you see the crashing car at the very beginning, you see a white plume like they have decided to give the gas, bad case of jumping the lights.

Crazy, cheap-ass country that can't afford a light. Here in the States, after an accident like that, the cars would all stop, either as witnesses or to avoid running over someone and they would cause a backup of traffic, pissing everyone off and then the cops come and block traffic in four different directions and then the ambulance comes and parks kitty-corner to the street, blocking more traffic. All the traffic would be re-routed, causing further delay and pissed off drivers. Who's to say More..
