Super rich hiding up to $32 trillion offshore
A new report says that at least 21 trillion dollars, is being held around the world, in what are known as offshore
accounts, or tax havens.
This is as much money as the entire annual economic outputs of the US and Japan, combined but this belongs to just 10 million people worldwide who have offshore bank accounts.

Richard Rahn served on the Board of Directors of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority from 2002 to 2008 he has a vested interest in allowing offshore tax havens. And yes offshore tax shelters do share info to the home client countries.... that doesn't discount the loopholes. They have made it legal for themselves.

With that much, all the wealthy people could buy a country and set up their own bank and tell the rest of the world to get stuffed.
