for south-africa, that is definetly true.
However you also have to take into consideration that over there you are dead as soon as you pull it. Criminals in south Africa have zero remorces. Dont even try to play a hero if you are the victim.

He won't answer it because your point was correct. I have lived all around the United States and I have seen exactly what you are talking about. In every city where the city council was mostly black, the crime in that city was rediculous. Now don't get me wrong it doesn't mean every city will end up that way, I just found it rather odd. It seems that white councils (that don't care about the inner-city vote) are generally tougher on crime than the black councils...in my experience.

Funny you say that, BMW offers a special, "car-jack" proof and self-protection vehicle sold only in South Africa, when the kaffers try to pull that shite, exactly that happens, a blasting flame thrower comes from the entire underside of the car and fries everything.
I'd think it a sport phrankly and a way to clean up all the garbage that litters SA.
