I enjoy a lot of the Primus stuff. Winona's BBB always cracks me up.
As for the cops, It so happens that most agencies only authorize their officers to roll code-3 in emergencies only and only if the dispatcher or watch commander authorizes it. But sometimes there are calls that is not authorized code-3 but the cops want to get there fast.
Some agencies adopt policies against rolling hard like that without code-3, but it is often ignored in favor of a good response time and a More..

@Armed24-7 I'll bet you if they hit someone going 20 over with no lights and sirens 2 things are gonna happen. 1-There getting sued and losing the case. 2-There losing their jobs, irregardless of Precint policy.

Wow. Fired for a measly prank. It was late at night, hardly any vehicles were on the road and they get fired for that.. Yet, when they beat someone nearly to death they recieve suspension with pay.
