The last December 7 2009 Jessica Anaid Gonzalez Hernandez 12 years old was traveling with her mother Sonia Hernandez and two of her young brothers , they were traveling to mcallen, texas from their house in juarez, Nuevo Leon here in mexico, to visit their grandmother who lives there and to make shopping with her mother to later sped some days with her grandmother and then get back to mexico , when they were waiting the green light to cross an avenue, drugs cartel members stared to shot a mexican army convoy who was going by that avenue, whe soldiers repel the fire killing all the drugs cartels members, but when the drugs cartels members shoted against the army, they hit the Jessica and her mother´s pick up killing in that moment to jessica´s mother and left several injured little jessica, her 2 young brothers safe their life , jessica was rescue by cruz roja paramedics who fund her with a bullet in her head, they tryed to stabilize and they took jessica to the hospital in a several coma´s situation , the medics at the hospital say to jessica´s father that just a miracle could save jessica´s life , because it was a difficult case and they just give jessica some hours of life.
But the father with the sadness about lost his wife in that fight gun between the army and the drugs cartels and after some days, he recieved the news about her daughter could save her life, jessica fortunately got out of the hospital after spend 24 days in the hospital and now is with his father and her young brothers.

unfornately In that gun fight were 7 innocent injured and fortunately all the drugs killers die.
