Sorry you've had that problem, but I guess it's a lesson for the future to absolutely make sure you have all the funds in your account, if you know there's not sufficient in your paypal account.

You realize if you have your bank account associated with your paypal account and you try to buy something, their system will try to withdraw the funds directly from your account. If you don't have the funds in the account associated with your paypal account the payment bounces (obviously) just like a personal check. Just because you have a credit card with paypal does not mean they'll know you want to pay with that and not your actual paypal account. Being in customer service myself, dealing w More..

PayPal probably went to your secondary account because your Visa was either expired or maxed out. It's not PayPal's fault brother.

@radiofreak right there is the answer. If you can't afford a trip to the zoo, don't buy shit from eBay. Simple as that.

Been using Paypal for years no problem. Linked to a credit card only, not my checking account.

Second time you "Had" to do this....
DON'T FUCKING USE PAYPAL. IF YOU DO, CHOOSE THE CORRECT METHOD OF PAYMENT DEDUCTION. YOUR FAULT.

I've never had an issue with paypal personally. And it's a good private exchange of money, and it beats the alternative of needing to cancel your card once every month because someone tried to use it to buy a bagel half the country away from you.

Dude. At least get your shit straight and make sense before posting a public video. Something tells me it's your damn fault for not having sufficient funds in these "accounts".
I've been using paypal for years, no issues at all. I guess that's it, then. ;)

I used to E-bay with two Accounts,.
and got disgusted like you bud, always a damn fee for everything,
listing, fee, selling fees for extras, final value fees, and then,PayPal fees, not to mention shipping fees, and gas to get to the post office,.
I was freakin feeeded to death,.lol
I decided to drop the whole operation and find other ways to sell stuff, Craigs list and shows, etc,.
Fees are a pain in the damn ying yang,.I dropped all fees everywhere,
Bank fees,you name it,.

I'm assuming that when you explained your dispute to PayPal customer service, you made as much sense as you made in this clip. I know I'm being harsh and maybe you're just so pissed off that you can't send your message across. But hey, let's face it: Unless you find a way to explain the situation clearly, you're not going to get any meaningful support from anyone, including your audience.
I've been using PayPal since 1999 and never had an issue that couldn't be easily solved by their customer More..

I don't know how it works where you are but
when my bank used to charge me I found that
by politely phoning them they would usually
remove the charge for me. Is it worth a try?
