Women holding up protest signs in Taiz city, when a shell lands and they scamper. The city is being randomly by loyalist Republican Guards under the command of the president's son, using high vantage points like Qahirah Castle (second video), Thowra Hospital, and Jabal Jarah, because they have lost control of the city itself.
President Ali Abdullah Saleh is now supposedly a honory president without any powers under the Riyadh sham agreement between the Yemeni government and Saudi Arabia, Obama and Cameron administrations. His family retains important positions including in the army, and continue their assault on protests with no change at all. The Vice President Abdo Rab is supposedly the man in power, but his requests to the president's son to stop the shelling are unanswered, he is widely seen as holding no genuine authority, making a joke out of the whole agreement.
One of the main sticking points in the agreement is the wish for outside powers to see immunity for those accused of crimes against humanity, rejected by the revolution, protesters, human rights organisations, and legal experts, which results in the continuation of the revolution unabated.
