Oh man, those noises sound like a closed head injury where he was knocked silly and his brain is trying to "reset". depending on how fast he gets to the emergency room and subsequent trauma care, it can get much worse. When moving at those speeds you can be injured by sudden deceleration even if you hit a soft spot of dirt. I hope he survived, but its definitely questionable simply due to the speed involved.

Is that sound another bike slowly rounding the curve this guy failed to manipulate? I don't think it's coming from him. He doesn't "breathe"(gurgle) til the very end. BTW. I'm impressed at how quickly this guy's guardian angels appear.(3 seconds) way to go!
