"Party Mom" Sent To Jail...

A judge this morning in Modesto, CA gave a 300-day sentence to a Grayson mother who admitted having sex with two teenage boys and providing beer to a dozen teens.

Allegations against Walker stem from two incidents, with a Dec. 2 party involving strip poker and sex coming to light after a Jan. 19 rollover accident on Highway 33 south of Westley.

The authorities said Walker picked up several teenagers after a Patterson High School basketball game, then took them to her home on Minnie Street, where she provided alcohol.

They further allege that Walker gave an 18-year-old $50 to drive a group of teens home sometime after 2 a.m., kicking them out because her husband, an Atwater police officer, was on his way home from work.

David Walker filed for divorce four days after his wife was arrested. The court awarded him sole custody of their 8-year-old son.

Anna Walker pleaded guilty to sexual intercourse with a boy under 16, sexual intercourse with a minor under 18 and endangering the welfare of 12 minors.

Anna Walker, 35, was immediately placed in custody, over the objections of a public defender who asked for time to apply for a home detention program. She will NOT have to register as a sex offender.

The charges she faced carried a maximum punishment of seven years, eight months in prison.
