Perseverance. I'll give her that.I am still trying to figure out what these ladies were even doing in this race. Isn't there some sort of tryout that takes place in order to determine who represents their school for each competition? Was this honestly the best these schools could do? Didn't their coaches notice they couldn't clear those hurdles in practice and think to themselves, "Maybe I shouldn't enter Alexis into this race and have her suffer that kind of embarrassment in front of all those people"?

Or maybe they just knew that these girls would provide us with a battle of epic proportions. If that was they case, they were right!
